Staying at the hotel was like sleeping in the toilet due to the bathroom made of glass located outside the room. The lack of natural light and no fan in the dark rooms were noticeable issues. However, the very helpful staff and filling breakfast were lovely additions to the stay.

The rooms were quite dark with no natural light and had a shower issue. The glass bathroom located outside the room was like sleeping in the toilet.

The location was good, close to the main sights. Being directly on 'Pink Street' was a nice surprise, though it could get noisy if you want to party all night.

The facilities were good, especially liked the bakery around the corner owned by the same people for dining.

The hotel had spacious and uniquely decorated rooms, with complimentary coffee and water, which was great. However, the check-in was delayed until 5 PM, and the room felt a bit small and open for a couple. The service was a mix; while we didn't always find staff around and just got notes, they were extremely helpful with recommendations and even provided transport to the airport. The location was ideal, within walking distance of key sights and close to the sea, making it convenient for exploring Lisbon. The dining experience was good with friendly staff and excellent options, including fresh egg tarts. Overall, a comfortable stay but with some room for improvement.

Staying at this hotel was a mix of pleasant and quirky experiences. The rooms were spacious and uniquely decorated, with thoughtful complimentary coffee and water. However, the transparent bathroom within the room made it feel like sleeping in the toilet to some extent.

The hotel has a very quirky charm, and the staff is lovely, but it can be challenging to carry heavy luggage up 5 floors with no hotel assistance. The out of the blue design was interesting to manoeuvre for two people.

Rooms

Service

The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and they were the friendliest I've ever encountered at a hotel. They were great as well, taking time to have a drink with us and give us some tips about what to see in Lisbon.
Location

The location was excellent, very close to the metro, Praca do Comercio, and the amazing Timeout Market. It is a prime spot for all tourist activities.
Dining

The dining experience was top quality too. I needed to be early as later in the morning the hot food would get quite cold, and the beautiful freshly squeezed orange juice kept me going all the way back to Ireland.
Facilities

The facilities were good, but a 10 € extra may be needed for some services.

7.4/10

The hotel is located in the middle of Lisbon's bustling bar and club district, making it convenient for sightseeing and transportation. The rooms offer a nice little cubby space for clothes but lack a proper wardrobe, which might be a challenge for those with mobility issues. The service provided was exceptionally helpful, even compensating for an electricity issue in one of the rooms. However, the lively location can lead to noise disturbances from late-night revelers. Dining options are available nearby, and the hotel's facilities are adequate for a comfortable stay.

Rooms

The rooms had a nice little cubby space to store clothes but could be bigger and lacked a wardrobe. Moving around the room was a bit tricky, especially with bags. Not recommended for individuals with difficulty climbing stairs.

The service was very friendly and helpful; the staff compensated us for the electricity issue in one room.
Location

The hotel is in a great location in Lisbon, just a 2-minute walk to the waterfront, TimeOut food market, and transportation hub. However, the busy bar street nearby can lead to noise disturbances from late-night activities.

Staying on the 5th floor without an elevator had its challenges, with limited space for belongings and luggage while lacking privacy in the rooms. Yet, the service was remarkably helpful, even though they were occasionally missing with just a note. The hotel is situated in the heart of Lisbon's lively bar and club district, offering convenient access to the main train station and a variety of dining options nearby. On the downside, the location attracted some noisy late-night disturbances from other guests, affecting my sleep.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were small and lacked storage space, making it challenging to keep things organized. Privacy was also an issue.
Service

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist. They kindly offered to change my room when requested.

The hotel's location was excellent for exploring Lisbon, with easy access to transportation and vibrant nightlife, although it could get noisy at night.
Dining
